Can you describe your role in a couple of sentences?
I manage claims and outsourced claim providers from TPAs, loss adjusters, and lawyers, as well as Member relationship claims management and delivery of market-leading claims service and data tools.
What’s your favorite thing about working for Accelerant?
Having the general authority to resolve issues and take responsibility for claim/claims management.

5 years capacity, a plethora of additional products that we can support our Members with, an opportunity to grow utilizing our direct investment, and the ability to improve underwriting results stack.
What did you do before Accelerant?
I was a claims manager in the Lloyds and London market.
What was your first-ever job? ACE (now Chubb) at 19
