Can you describe your role in a couple of sentences?
I have the pleasure of working on a team that wins, nurtures, and supports our European Members to grow profitably.

What’s your favorite thing about working for Accelerant?
Being part of a highly motivated and genuine team who are all focused on supporting our Members.
Describe Accelerant in 3 words:
Fresh, fast-paced, fun.
What did you do before Accelerant?
I worked for an Affinity broking division at Aon in UK.
What was your first-ever job?
I started my working life in a Bank, serving customers as a teller.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in a small mining town in northern England; many of my school friends had fathers that worked at the local mines, including my own.
How did you learn about Accelerant?
I worked with Chris Lee-Smith at Aon, and he invited me to join the team back in 2018.
Who inspires you?
Tennis player Andy Murray – he never gives up!
What are you most proud of?
My four children.
What do you love to do when you’re not working?
I love to spend time with my Grandchildren, go walking with my wife and dog, and to (try to) play golf.
What’s on your bucket list?
I am working through it already, why wait!? Seeing Coldplay in Brazil is one I have not yet resolved!
