Can you describe your role in a couple sentences?

People are my priority throughout the whole lifecycle of employment, from assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees, and championing continuous development.

How does your work impact people’s financial lives?

I liaise with payroll and our employees regarding any changes in salary.  This includes starting salary information, promotions, and bonuses.     

What’s your favorite thing about working for Accelerant?

The people that I work with and I am lucky in that I get to meet people at the start of their journey with Accelerant.

Innovative, challenging, professional

What did you do before Accelerant?

I have a background of being a legal personal assistant.

What was your first-ever job?

I worked at a Harvester, a restaurant chain here in the UK, as a Greeter and Busser.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up on the border of London and Kent.

How did you learn about Accelerant?

Who inspires you?

My parents, they are so strong and supportive.

What are you most proud of?

My son. He’s funny, kind, loving, and gentle, with a cheeky side that keeps me and my husband laughing constantly.

What do you love to do when you’re not working?

I love cooking and entertaining, singing, dancing, the cinema, board gaming, traveling, music, camping, and festivals, to name a few!

What’s on your bucket list?

Mostly places I have not been to! Canada, Australia, and so many parts of the US, as I have barely scratched the surface there.
