Can you describe your role in a couple sentences?
As we’re getting Canada up and running, most of my day is spent either communicating with MGAs to identify potential future Members or collaborating with my colleagues to ensure we’re operationally ready for our upcoming launch.
How does your work impact people’s financial lives?
MGAs in Canada tend to support industry segments that are often overlooked by traditional carriers, usually due to a lack of expertise. The arrival of Accelerant in the Canadian market will help support these underserved businesses by increasing overall insurance availability and championing niche underwriters that provide valuable expertise.
What’s your favorite thing about working for Accelerant?
Being surrounded by experts that know and love the MGA space. It makes for such a unique experience to have colleagues that are all focused on the same objective.

What did you do before Accelerant?
I looked after the P&C MGA portfolio of a large Canadian insurer.
What was your first-ever job?
I was supervising an outdoor skating rink for the winter in Montreal.
Where did you grow up?
A small town right next to Lyon, France
What do you love to do when you’re not working?
Since late 2022, most of my non-working hours have been spent caring for my son and enjoying the amazing pace at which he’s developing new skills. I’m also trying to stay physically active as we’re now getting closer to having to chase him around the house!

Continue discovering more places abroad, but also visit more Canadian provinces.
